Melting
7th & 8th February
Anna is melting.
Adam celebrates it as proof of her love.
Richia finds her drops delicious.
The doctors are tired.
Anna keeps vanishing, and we watch.
This is the tragedy of the woman who melted out of love.
Performed by Phoebe Horn (Call the Midwife, The Motive and The Cue), Jo Stone Fewing (Coriolanus, White Bird), Nick Eldar (Greater than I Can Bear), and Eleonora Andronaco (Bob Marley: One Love).
After showcasing her new original play at The Bush Theatre Studio, Golan brings Melting’s extended version to the FreshFest stage. This is a Work-In-Progress Performance.
Testimonies:
“The dynamic between Anna and Adam really got under my skin… we get a series of really phenomenal images delivered through an unbearably difficult, cruel, sad satire of modern capitalist patriarchy.”
“I was completely blown away by the show- really really impressed. Wonderfully dark edged comedy. Clever, funny and heartfelt.”
“Utterly brilliant! I felt like I was in Anna’s dream and couldn’t escape.”
