Essex boys Jim and Martin arrive for work for another day on the building site. Until a surprise drugs test suddenly sees Martin in desperate need of Jim’s piss.  But we soon realise there is much more at stake for these boys than Jim’s bodily fluids.

BRICKS takes an empathetic but unflinching look at modern male friendships. We see the boys wrestle with their shared trauma and grief. Will they be able to forgive themselves? But what if some things are just unforgiveable…

Ultimately, it raises the question: How do we help these boys? But perhaps most difficult of all - do they deserve it?
