Blue Hour is a dark comedy set in a dystopian self-help retreat. Fixated on the values of routine, focus, and self-discipline, Road Retreat welcomes its newest guest Vicky, a mid-thirties agent of chaos looking to get a hold over her life. With an unknown guest on the other side of her dorm wall as her only source of companionship, Vicky must weigh up whether she is prepared to do what it takes to 'get with the programme.'
